DELAWARE FAMILY COURT PROCESS SERVERS

All documents will be returned with a notarized affidavit whether served or non-est. The affidavits, whether supplied by you or by us, will conform with your court. We can discuss the affidavit with you prior to receiving the documents for service. Again no documents will be returned as non-est until we have contacted you to explain why the documents can not be served. Additionally, should there be a name change or change of agent, we will provide you with the new information on the affidavit. 

All Affadavits are returned the next business day,

                    unless instructed to send overnight.                         

Our billing statements, should you not pay at time of service, will detail all relevant information such as the caption, case number, party being served and the fees for our services.    If you send different captioned cases there will be a statement for each case.

We offer fee discounts for volume business where you have the same address for service on the same named defendant. Many of our clients take advantage of this rather than service via mailing (waiver of service).
